Jetson Nano should be the 'VNC server'

and 

host PC should be the 'VNC Viewer'

 

download the VNC Viewer in your host pc and for Jetson Nano, follow this page

https://developer.nvidia.com/embedded/learn/tutorials/vnc-setup

you have to set your own password at 'thepassword'

 

 

 

so, 

in your host pc, turn on the vnc viewer, and type in the IP address of Jetson Nano 

you can check the IP address on top right wifi icon, 'connection information'
